Summary

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our team in the UK. This role involves engaging with potential clients to promote our interior design and build services from our office in London. Your efforts will help us connect with businesses looking to upgrade their workspaces and reflect their brand identity.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our office interior solutions. Qualify leads and gather client requirements effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions using Salesforce and CRM software. Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted outreach strategies. Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and close sales. Provide excellent communication in English, with additional Spanish language skills a plus. Stay informed about industry trends to better position our services. Achieve weekly call targets and contribute to overall sales goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in telemarketing or B2B sales, preferably within the interior design or construction industry. Strong communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are advantageous. Proficiency with Salesforce and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and resilience in a target-driven environment. Knowledge of office interior design trends is a plus.
