Job Description

The Role:

We're a leading UK mobility scooter company looking for a proven telesales pro who knows how to close. You'll handle inbound & outbound calls, web chats, emails, and follow up warm leads. Some admin work (CRM updates, SOPs, etc.) but your

main focus is driving sales

and

booking appointments for our reps

.

Uncapped commission

- no threshold, start earning from your first sale Strong

base salary (25k)

Quality leads and

warm pipeline

- we don't do cold lists

Office-based

- work with a small, energetic, and passionate team in MK
Requirements:

- Proven experience in a telesales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Minimum 3 years experience in a telesales role
- Strong computer literacy (CRM)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised
- Confidence on the phone
- Excellent spoken and written English

Perks:

- Competitive salary
- Uncapped commission with no minimum target to obtain commission.

Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 17:00
28 Days paid leave incl. Bank Holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-75,000.00 per year
