Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services.
Utilise our software to manage customer interactions and track sales progress.
Communicate effectively with potential customers, providing them with information about our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer responses, and follow-up actions required.
Achieve individual targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
A self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a competitive environment.
A positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
