Job Description
The Telesales Assistant's position within George Anderson & Sons is based at unit 21 Macmerry Industrial Estate Macmerry East Lothian.
The purpose of the telesales Assistant is to assist in the smooth running of the sales office, to input order into the computer system and to communicate information between the customers and the staff at George Anderson & Sons.
The key Responsibilities and Accountabilities
To take orders over the phone from customers. To liaison with customers and other members of staff in a friendly and helpful manor. To input orders into the computer system accurately and efficiently. To deal efficiently with complaints or customer concerns and ensure that all complaints are logged. To communicate efficiently with suppliers and place orders for produce we require. To make sure they adhere to the "Health and Safety Manual" at all times. To follow and fully adhere to the "Operational Training Manual".
To have the interests of the company at the forefront of their actions at all times and to seek out and embrace change for the future development
Salary will be based on age and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From 12.60 per hour
Work Location: In person
