About the role

As a Telesales Representative, you will:

Handle incoming customer queries and provide clear, helpful information Make outbound calls to existing customers only Build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide solutions Maintain accurate customer records and follow internal processes Represent the DSL brand professionally at all times

What we're looking for

We want to hear from you if you have:

A confident, friendly telephone manner Strong communication and listening skills Good attention to detail The ability to build relationships quickly A positive, proactive attitude
Experience in telesales or customer service is an advantage, but not essential -- full training is provided.
