We are seeking a confident and motivated Call Centre Agent / Telesales & Marketing Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and able to deliver outstanding customer service while supporting the company's sales and marketing initiatives. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, promoting services, and providing administrative support to the wider team.
Key ResponsibilitiesTelesales & Lead Generation
Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote the firm's services.
Qualify leads and gather accurate client information for follow-up.
Achieve daily and weekly sales or lead-generation targets.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently answer client queries.
Customer Service & Call Handling
Handle inbound calls professionally, ensuring clients receive clear and helpful information.
Log call details accurately and route calls to the appropriate department.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and represent the firm in a professional manner at all times.
Marketing Support
Assist in promotional campaigns, including telephone outreach and follow-ups.
Update and maintain the CRM system with client data and campaign progress.
Support the marketing team with email campaigns, lead tracking, and client engagement activities.
Administration
Prepare call scripts, call reports, and follow-up notes where required.
Schedule appointments and manage call-back lists.
Support the sales and marketing departments with general administrative tasks.
Skills & Experience Required
Previous experience in telesales, call centre, customer service, or marketing (preferred but not essential).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident telephone manner with the ability to handle high-volume calls.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic IT tools (email, MS Office, spreadsheets etc.).
