Job Description

Main Responsibilities
Assist sales manager with the day to day running of all sales functions Monitor transactions and investigate any irregularity in the sales patterns of narcotics, psychotropic substances or other dangerous substances Ensure staff receive initial and continuing training relevant to their job role, based on written procedures Assist with investigating product distribution complaints Assist with product recalls Process customer orders Assist with maintaining training matrix Manage Returns administration team and assist with queries. Run reports for sales achieved daily Run reports for Short dated stock, set prices accordingly

Key knowledge and skills required for the role:




Good knowledge of Exel


Excellent customers service skills.


Supervisory experience (but not essential)
