Lead daily kitchen operations, maintaining efficiency and food quality in a high-volume pub setting. Design, prepare, and deliver exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients, focusing on pub classics with a modern twist. Train, motivate, and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment. Maintain strict food hygiene, safety, and allergen control standards throughout all kitchen processes. Effectively manage stock, orders, and kitchen budgets in partnership with the pub management. Who We're Looking For: Essential Skills for Head Chef Roles in Food-Led Pubs

Minimum 4 years' kitchen experience, preferably in a busy pub or restaurant using fresh ingredients. Previous experience in a senior chef position, managing kitchen teams and service delivery. Up-to-date Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate and Allergen Awareness Level 2 (essential). Sound knowledge of kitchen health & safety and experience with compliance management. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. DBS checked candidates preferred but not essential. Eligible to work in the UK.
