We have an excellent opportunity for a Full Time Accounts Administrator to join our busy Support Office team on a temporary basis for a period of 6-9 months. The hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, working between the hours of 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
The successful applicant will be required to process large volumes of transactions on a daily basis from both internal and external customers and ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with a fast paced, demanding and ever growing organisation. In addition, the successful candidate will also be required to complete Reception duties including answering, screening and directing incoming phone calls, handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries, maintain customer logs, and provide general information to customers, visitors and staff.
Please note, the successful candidate will be required to complete and Access NI Check before commencing employment with the Company.
