We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clients 4Hotel. An ideal candidate will possess a strong background in restaurant and/or bar management, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with an emphasis on team management and operational excellence.
Duties
Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to quality standards.
Manage food preparation and production processes, maintaining compliance with food safety regulations.
Lead and train staff in culinary techniques, serving practices, and customer service excellence.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the restaurant environment, including kitchen areas.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry.
Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and motivation.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food production.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with staff and customers alike.
Experience in serving, barista duties, or hotel operations is advantageous.
