Job Summary

Giant Hospitality Group are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations within one of our leading 4 hotels. The ideal candidate will have at least three years managerial experience - possessing strong leadership skills, a real passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of food preparation and team management. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and fostering a welcoming environment for guests. Note this role is for five week beginning December 1st and concluding January 5th*. Once this initial period is complete, there will be an option to become a permenant member of the team.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and service delivery. Supervise and motivate team members to ensure high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction. Delegate tasks, and monitor performance to optimise productivity. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and ensure compliance with health standards. Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest experience. Ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, organised, and safe environment at all times.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong team management skills with the ability to lead by example. Experience in food safety protocols and food production processes. Background in hospitality or hotel management is advantageous. Familiarity with serving procedures and delivering exceptional customer service. Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills.
