An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Tenancy Compliance Team at NPH on a full time (37 hours), permanent basis, as a Tenancy Compliance Coordinator.

The role involves providing administrative support to the Tenancy Compliance Team who manage Anti-Social behaviour (ASB) reports and tenancy compliance issues involving NPH tenants. You will be a first point of contact for tenants and their representatives over telephone, email or other mediums and required to provide advice on a wide range of ASB and tenancy compliance matters.

You will support the wider team with administrative tasks including diary management, appointment booking, written correspondence, data collation and ensuring enquiries are responded to within agreed timescales.

You must be proficient at communicating, verbally and in writing with a wide range of audiences and be confident in the use of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel and Outlook. The role will be varied and therefore the ability to prioritise your workload will also be essential.
