Are you a skilled and organised professional passionate about property management? We're looking for a Property Manager to join our dynamic team!



In this role, you will oversee a dedicated portfolio of landlords and tenants, acting as a central contact to ensure tenancies run smoothly, properties are well-maintained, and legislative requirements are met.

Job Purpose

As a Property Manager, you will:

Manage tenancies and properties, ensuring compliance with all legal and legislative requirements.

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, addressing queries, concerns, and maintenance issues promptly.

Act as the cornerstone of support for the Lettings team, assisting with additional duties as necessary.

Key Accountabilities

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Tenancy Administration

Processing new lets, including ensuring all legal paperwork is accurate and complete.

Checking applicant references to guarantee suitability for the property.

Customer Service

Acting as the primary contact for landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional service and resolving queries without delay.

Providing timely updates to all parties to ensure satisfaction and transparency.

Property Maintenance

Addressing maintenance issues reported by tenants, coordinating swift resolutions with contractors and landlords.

Liaising regularly with contractors to ensure high-quality work is completed efficiently.

Keeping detailed records of actions, follow-ups, and diarising key dates to maintain organization and efficiency.

Property Knowledge: Experience in property management is highly desirable.
