Job Description

Position Title: Resident Liaison Officer / Administration Officer



Objective:

The Resident Liaison Officer / Administration Officer plays a critical role in supporting the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects. A key focus of this role is maintaining positive and effective communication with residents, scheduling property access for construction activities and providing comprehensive administrative support to the project team.

Resident Liaison Responsibilities:

1. Communication:

Maintain open and respectful communication with residents throughout the project. Address residents' queries and complaints promptly and professionally, adhering to company policies.
2. Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule appointments for property access in alignment with the project team's program of works. Ensure timely and efficient access to properties for construction activities.
3. Condition Surveys:

Conduct thorough condition surveys of properties, capturing existing damage and general wear and tear. Photographically document survey findings and store them on the company's computer systems. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail to accurately report property conditions.
4. Resident Relations:

Foster positive relationships with residents by ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed. Act as a bridge between residents and the project team to facilitate a smooth construction process.
Administration Officer Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team. Generate and organise paperwork, ensuring documentation and paperwork is correctly stored in line with company policies. Maintain accurate records and manage information in accordance with company policies.
2. Training and Development:

Participate in training sessions, especially if unfamiliar with required software Stay updated on the latest tools and technologies relevant to the role.
3. Adaptability:

Be flexible and adaptable to changes in roles and responsibilities based on evolving project needs. Collaborate with the project team to enhance overall project delivery.

Note:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
