Were looking for a passionate and proactive Tenant Voice Officer to champion tenant engagement and ensure our customers are truly heard. If youre driven by delivering outstanding service and want to make a real impact in communities, this could be the perfect role for you.
As a Tenant Voice Officer, youll lead tenant engagement efforts by gathering feedback, supporting community initiatives, and collaborating across teams to enhance the tenant experience. Youll manage and resolve complaints fairly and efficiently, while also handling enquiries from MPs and the Housing Ombudsman with professionalism and care.
Were seeking a customer-focused individual with experience in complaint handling and relationship building. Youll need excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, creative mindset. Being highly organised and confident in taking initiative is key. A minimum of GCSE-level education or equivalent is required.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 37 hrs
