The Role



We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced IT Helpdesk Technician

to join our growing helpdesk support team. This is office based at BS39 7SW, providing remote support to our business and education clients.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Serve as the first point of contact. Assist clients with hardware and software issues and troubleshooting problems Ticket management, documenting issues, tracking issues whilst delivering timely resolution Work closely with fellow helpdesk technicians and field engineers

What You'll Need



We're looking for someone with strong technical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-technical users. Experience working in an educational environment is essential.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Previous experience in an IT support role supporting schools or education establishments / businesses Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage your own workload Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS and safeguarding check

Technical Experience (any of the following beneficial):



Network Administration (VPNs, Ubiquiti WiFi, Firewalls, Switches) PowerShell scripting Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, SharePoint, Teams JAMF or other Apple MDM solutions Google Workspace, Chromebooks, Google Classroom (not essential but a bonus)
