We have a great opportunity for a Test Manager to work in our IT department in Hoddesdon.

As an ICT Lead Tester you will be involved in the quality assurance approach for our software development phases and deployment with the following responsibilities:

• Design and develop test plans and manual test cases
• Build and maintain an automation framework
• Coordinate and manage testing activities across multiple teams
• Communicate testing progress and results to project stakeholders
• Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• Develop and maintain testing documentation
• Ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Identify and report defects and issues to the development team
• Manage and maintain testing environments
• Ensure that software created by developers is fit for purpose and passes the testing criteria and success factors, as defined by the business

About you

• At least 5 years of experience as a Test Analyst in an IT environment, using both Waterfall andAgile methodologies.
• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or Digital Design, or the equivalent on-the-job experience/ professional certification
• Being ISTQB/ BCS Advanced Certification is highly desired
