Textile Operative

Stead McAlpin is a family run contract print Textile manufacturing business that has been making luxury Textiles since 1835 based in Cumbria.

We pride ourselves on professionalism and attention to detail. Our customers include individual designers, high end interior companies and couture fashion houses, high street stores, department stores and start-up businesses all over the world

Textile Operative will be deployed over all areas of production.

The Successful applicant must be enthusiastic and motivated with a strong work ethic and an excellent timekeeping and attendance record.

Full training will be given.

Excellent eyesight and colour vision are essential.

Previous experience within a Textile manufacturing/production environment would be an advantage. but not essential .

Ensure deadlines are met and high standards of products are produced Ensure Quality Control Procedures are adhered to during the production schedule Be flexible and assist the production. Work in a team environment and have the willingness to work cross functionally, Ability to input data and record details accurately, Flexibility working is required within this working environment, Following Health and Safety rules and regulations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
