We are recruiting for supervisor within this exciting new business venture in Swansea.

At the Rake & Riddle we host all 3 of our brands within Redefining Dining, The Welsh House, Cattle & Co and Salvatore's Pizzeria.

The Role:

As a Supervisor, you'll oversee our front-of-house operations and bar service to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Supervising and supporting the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service. Overseeing bar operations, including stock management, ordering and staff training. Ensuring the bar area is well-maintained, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards. Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours. Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently. Assisting in the development and execution of promotional events and activities. Collaborating with colleagues to uphold our reputation for exceptional hospitality and service.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not mandatory, the following attributes would be advantageous:

Passion for hospitality. Previous experience in a supervisory role within a bar or restaurant setting. Strong understanding of bar operations, including cocktail preparation and inventory management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work well in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively. Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic hospitality setting.
