Rutherford's Punting is looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join their sales team as a tout. The role involves working outdoors, meeting travelers from around the world, and utilizing strong communication skills to market tours to potential customers. As a tout, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service onboard.

Responsibilities:
- Sell tickets to customers in person
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and transactions
- Assist with ticketing operations, including printing and distributing tickets
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and goals
- Stay up-to-date on event information and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

Experience:
- Previous experience in ticket sales or a similar customer service role is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales data
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficiency in comunication
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
