You will act as a brand ambassador for
Tiger Sheds
, engaging with customers, providing expert product advice, and ensuring the show site is presented to the highest possible standard. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their environment, and is motivated by achieving results.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
Welcome customers to the show site and guide them through the Tiger Sheds product range
Provide knowledgeable advice to help customers choose the right garden building for their needs
Manage the full sales process, including quotations, order placement, and system updates
Upsell and cross-sell accessories and complementary products to maximise sales opportunities
Build strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and positive reviews
Show Site Management
Maintain excellent presentation, cleanliness, and overall quality of all display buildings
Regularly inspect displays for wear and tear, reporting maintenance needs promptly and carrying out minor repairs where appropriate
Ensure all marketing materials, signage, and point-of-sale displays are current and aligned with Tiger brand standards
Pipeline & Lead Management
Proactively follow up on customer enquiries generated through the Tiger central system
Track prospects, manage pipeline activity, and drive conversions using company sales systems
Seasonal & Business Support
Due to the seasonal nature of the business, you may also support wider business needs during quieter periods, including:
Assisting with site-specific promotions and events
Supporting internal projects and process improvements
Providing operational or administrative support across departments
Supporting training and mentoring for other show sites or franchise partners
Assisting the Tiger Contact Centre when required
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all on-site activities comply with company policies, health & safety regulations, and legal requirements
Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales performance, customer feedback, and site operations
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achievement of monthly sales targets
Customer satisfaction scores (NPS and Trustpilot reviews)
Pipeline activity and conversion rates
Show site presentation standards (assessed through Network Development Manager audits)
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
Confidence using sales systems, CRM tools, and digital technology
Ability to work independently while contributing to the wider team
Desirable:
Previous experience in retail, sales, or showroom-based roles
Experience in a franchised or branded environment
Knowledge of garden buildings or home improvement products (full training provided)
