Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tiler to join our long-term kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme within occupied social housing properties across Liverpool. The role involves wall and floor tiling to a high standard, following the completion of first fix trades, with a strong focus on quality, speed, and tenant care.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out wall and floor tiling in kitchens and bathrooms as part of a planned maintenance schedule. Prepare surfaces, including levelling, boarding, priming, and waterproofing where required. Accurately set out tiling areas, cutting tiles to fit around obstacles such as pipework, sockets, shower trays, and units. Grout, seal and finish to a professional, high-quality standard. Work within occupied properties, maintaining a clean and tidy work area and respecting tenants' homes. Identify and report any issues that could affect the quality or progress of work. Liaise with site supervisors and coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth workflow. Adhere to health & safety procedures at all times.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Tiler within domestic or social housing environments. Ability to work efficiently on kitchen and bathroom tiling programmes, maintaining quality at pace. Own tools and transport preferred. Valid CSCS card desirable. Good communication and customer service skills with the ability to work in occupied homes respectfully. Understanding of site health & safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 160.00-200.00 per day
