Shifts:

Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays 8:30am - 5pm, plus alternating weekends.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a

Team Leader

to become a part of our

Tills and Customer Services team

at

Otley Garden Centre

Key Responsibilities



Coach & develop the team to ensure they are engaged & performing to their potential Ensure the tills are operated correctly and resolve any issues, problems, or repairs Ensure all cash office reconciliations are carried out, correct & reported to Finance Receipt of stock, ensuring accurate stock count and conducting regular stock takes Ensuring the department is well stocked, presented and merchandised Respond to customer enquires & social media within expected time frames Management of customer expectations and responding to queries within 24 hours Management of returns policy to ensure all members of the team can deal with any returns Deputising for the manager in their absence Serving customers in line with our values

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.25-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31.75 per week
