We run daily tours and welcome hundreds of excited travelers each morning - and we need energetic team members to help get the day off to a smooth start.

Our street team covers our tour departures on a rota basis (2-4 times a week) from 06:45am - 08:45am. This team will be required to help manage up to 300 - 350 customers every morning, checking them in, answering questions, controlling the crowd and boarding the buses. Pay rate is dependent on age, 12 for under 21's and 12.21 for those over 21.

Requirements:

Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers Ability to manage time efficiently An organized individual who can speak fluent (or very good) English

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests during the check-in process, ensuring a welcoming experience. Verify booking details and provide necessary information about the tour. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
