Touring Agent - Music & Touring Division (Hybrid)

Join a passionate team supporting major music tours across Europe. This role involves managing complex travel logistics for artists and crews, ensuring smooth operations from city to city.

As a Touring Agent - Music & Touring Division, you will

Coordinate and manage group travel and hotel bookings for touring clients Build strong relationships with artists, managers, and suppliers Negotiate rates to reduce client costs Provide proactive, flexible support--including out-of-hours assistance during tours

About you

Experience in music/entertainment travel logistics Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing tour needs Familiarity with travel systems and supplier networks
