Duties

Assist with daily trade operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing excellent customer service. Utilise upselling techniques to promote products and services, enhancing customer satisfaction. Perform basic maths calculations for inventory management and sales reporting. Organise and maintain records of transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Manage time efficiently to meet deadlines and support various projects as needed. Demonstrate phone etiquette while handling inquiries and providing information to clients. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and improve processes.

Requirements

Proficiency in English is essential Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and inventory counts. Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage, particularly in upselling products. Strong time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. A positive attitude towards teamwork and a willingness to learn new skills.
