The Role

We're looking for a proactive

Trade Counter Sales Advisor

to help lead our trade counter operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience and efficient day-to-day running of the branch. You'll play a key role in driving sales, managing stock, and supporting trade customers with expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the trade counter, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations and outstanding customer service Build strong relationships with trade customers to drive repeat business Drive sales by advising customers on products, offers, and promotions Process sales orders, handle cash and card payments, and invoices efficiently Oversee stock control and deliveries Work closely with the sales and warehouse teams to meet business goals Office administration

What We're Looking For:

? Experience in a trade counter, retail, or sales role (flooring or building materials preferred)
? Strong customer service and sales skills
? Knowledge of flooring products (preferred but not essential - training provided)
? Ability to manage stock and process sales transactions efficiently
? Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a small team
? A proactive, hands-on approach with a "can-do" attitude

? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

? Strong computer skills
