We're looking for a friendly, reliable
Trade Counter Sales Assistant
to support our busy plumbing and electrical trade counter. You'll help plumbers, electricians, contractors, and homeowners with product advice, quotes, orders, and occasional site assessments.What You'll Do:
Serve customers at the trade counter and build strong relationships Advise on plumbing & electrical products (training provided) Prepare accurate quotes and invoices in QuickBooks Process orders and confirm stock, delivery dates, and lead times Carry out occasional site visits for measurements or product checks Keep Monday.com updated with order details, notes, and photos Maintain excellent customer service throughout the process
What You Need:
Strong customer service & communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced trade environment Confidence using QuickBooks, Monday.com, email, and mobile apps Attention to detail and good organisational skills Knowledge of plumbing or electrical products (advantage, not essential) Full UK driving licence Ability to lift and handle trade products
