Trade Counter Sales Assistant
A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Trade Counter Sales Assistant working as part of the team at Gareth Pugh Steel Framed Buildings, Agrimont Depot, Abermule.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Serving our customers politely and professionally at all times
Maintaining the shop, making sure it is clean and tidy
Storing Stock safely and ensuring that the shop is a safe and secure environment
. Checking incoming goods against the supplier's delivery notes
. Providing excellent customer service always
You will need to be:
A flexible team player who can also work on their own initiative
Able to communicate with our customers
Approachable, positive, polite & adaptable
Motivated, energetic and passionate about your work
Able to learn and advise customers on suitable products
. Previous sales experience in a Trade Merchant is preferable, but training will be given
Working hours are:
Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 5.30 pm
Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm
No weekends
Job Type: Full-time
Salary is dependent on experience
Experience:
Customer service: 1 year at least (preferred but not mandatory).
