We have a fantastic opportunity to expand our team by looking for an additional Trade Counter Sales & Warehouse Assistant.

We operate within industry sectors, ranging from the Ministry of Defence, marine, agricultural, construction and plant, food and pharma, as well as installing, designing and repairing hydraulics on all leading brands of machinery and equipment. All the branches have well established ParkerStore trade counters, where hose assemblies are made on a while you wait basis. ParkerStore has over 1,000 locations worldwide and is the latest concept in marketing the Parker range of hydraulic and pneumatic products. The Parker products are situated out with the customer and show the latest Parker technology in the air and fluid power industry.

Main Duties:

Working on the trade counter to provide service to our customers Making hose assemblies to suit the customers needs Receiving goods in and updating stock Stock placement Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries including taking orders Speaking with customers and informing them of any amendments as and when necessary Picking, packing and dispatching orders Local deliveries in our Sign-written van
