Traffic Office Clerk

Countrywide Freight- Rhyl LL18

14:00 to 20:00 Monday to Friday

Reporting to the Administration Supervisor the job holder will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of the bulk and parcel delivery fleet ensuring drivers routes and PODs are complete and relevant reports updated to both management and customer.

Key Roles / Responsibilities

Ensuring transport team are briefed and aware of current plan and proposed changes on a daily basis Ensuring Countrywide Freight site policies and procedures are adhered to by the transport team Ensuring resource utilisation is maximised Proactively completing end of day reconciliation for all delivery criteria for multiple customers, updating on end of day performance.
Qualifications / education required: Essential:

Good level of education ideally to G.C.S.E level Understanding of Health and Safety legislation and Transport directives.
Experience required: Essential:

Previous proven extensive supervisory experience in a similar role.



Particular aptitude / skills required: Essential:

The ideal individual will be:

self-motivated, able to work on own initiative, be a team player and excellent communicator with excellent IT skills. Also be flexible and have ability to analyse, understand and manipulate data

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
