This role is ideal for someone to develop leadership skills in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a hands-on development role with genuine progression opportunities into a supervisory position for the right person. Training will include shift leadership, stock control, cash handling, hygiene standards, and customer experience excellence.
Responsibilities
Operate cash/card drawer with accurate money management.
Consistency and high quality coffee making.
Learn standard business processes and understand why we do what we do.
Food prep.
Maintain a clean work environment.
Ad hoc admin duties.
Supplier ordering.
Close down duties.
Develop sales initiatives.
Guide and encourage staff.
Oversee service quality.

Pay: 17,267.17-33,647.04 per year
