Job Title: Sales & Assistant Supervisor (Trainee Role)

Location: Heron Lakes Lodge Park

Hours: Part-Time (with the opportunity to progress to Full-Time)

About the Role:

Heron Lakes Lodge Park is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic young person who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored by the owner and management team.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in both the operational and administrative sides of a busy and beautiful lodge park. You'll work closely with the team, learning everything from landscaping and park maintenance to administration and sales.This part-time role will develop into a full-time position once you are confident and fully trained.

Responsibilities:

Outdoor Duties (Approx. 2 Days per Week): Help maintain the park's stunning landscapes and lodges.Take pride in keeping the park clean, safe, and well-presented for guests.

Support day-to-day maintenance and operational tasks.Work alongside the management team to ensure the smooth running of the park.

Office & Sales Duties (Approx. 1 Day per Week):

Learn the administrative and organisational side of the business.

Assist with office tasks such as answering enquiries, updating records, and filing.

Shadow sales appointments and customer viewings -- eventually leading your own as your confidence grows.

Support the sales and marketing team with general tasks and customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Ideally aged a young individual , looking for an entry-level role with room to grow.

A positive, polite, and reliable attitude.

Willingness to learn and take guidance from experienced mentors.

Enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in presentation and hard work.

Confident and friendly when speaking with customers.

Basic computer skills (training provided).

Able to travel to Heron Lakes Lodge Park reliably.
