About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee CAD Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for the post-processing of point cloud and laser scan data, interpreting this information to extract 2D data and produce precise deliverables including floor plans, elevations, sectional data, and topographic land surveys.

This position offers the opportunity to develop and hone your skills in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) in a professional and supportive environment. While previous experience in architecture or interior design is advantageous, it is not essential--we value your willingness to learn, your meticulous attention to detail, and your commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

Process point cloud and laser scan data to extract usable 2D information. Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sectional drawings, and topographic land surveys. Ensure quality assurance processes are adhered to throughout the workflow. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Continuously develop technical skills and knowledge within the CAD field.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality, accurate results. Familiarity with CAD software and basic principles (experience preferred but not essential). Ability to interpret and process complex data sets. An understanding of architectural or interior design principles is desirable, but not required. Commitment to quality assurance and consistency in all aspects of work.
