Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to undertake a 3-year training contract to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA). This role combines practical finance experience with full exam support and is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance or accountancy, such as an apprenticeship or a relevant degree.

About The Role



Responsibilities:



Assist in preparing management accounts. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. Conduct financial analysis and reporting including VAT returns, reconciliations, job costing and KPIs. Assist with audit preparation. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain accurate financial records and compliance standards. Be proficient in Excel and Sage.

Ability to develop effective relationships with clients. Practical application of learning and development opportunities Successfully pass the probation period of 6 months.

About the successful candidate:



Completed a relevant apprenticeship, finance placement, or hold a finance-related degree. Strong interest in pursuing a career in accounting. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to completing professional qualifications. Ability to work as part of a team Demonstrate initiative Embrace the company values and demonstrate these Good working knowledge of all the company policies and procedures, particularly compliance with AML, Financial crime, GDPR and identification requirements.

Additional Information:

Candidates will be required to sign a training agreement, including a repayment clause for exam fees if the contract is terminated early. We will support one re-sit per paper if needed; further attempts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any other duties directed by management.
