The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic

Trainee Chef

to join our kitchen team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about food who wants to learn the trade in a supportive, professional environment. You'll work alongside experienced chefs, gaining hands-on training in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Learning how to prepare and present menu dishes to our standards Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and safe Following food hygiene and safety procedures Supporting with stock rotation and deliveries Working as part of a team to deliver smooth service

A genuine passion for food and hospitality Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills A positive attitude and good work ethic Ability to work calmly under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service times No experience needed - just enthusiasm and commitment!
