The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic

Trainee Chef

to join our kitchen team. This is the ideal role for someone with a genuine love of food who wants to learn the trade in a supportive, professional environment. You'll gain hands-on training alongside experienced chefs in preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with food preparation and basic cooking tasks Learning to prepare and present dishes to our menu standards Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen Following food hygiene and safety procedures Supporting with stock rotation and deliveries Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service

Passion for food and hospitality Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills Positive attitude and good work ethic Ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service times No previous experience required - just enthusiasm and commitment!
