We are seeking a talented and passionate trainee Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. We provide all training for you. We also offer an apprenticeship programme.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the kitchen.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels, placing orders for supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
Assist in the planning and execution of special events or catering services as required.
Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
