Trainee Conveyancer

Essex based applicants only.

Remote only with minimum 1 day a week in an office in Chelmsford.

Expansion into a new office in the near future may necessitate hybrid working.

Full Time - 9am-5pm. Part Time Positions also available

Salary dependable on experience

Required Experience/Skills :

Minimum 3 years of conveyancing experience Relevant working experience of all aspects of conveyancing (new builds, help to buy etc) Experience of working as a fee earner and achieving fee targets Competent at all aspects of Microsoft Office Self-motivated and able to manage conflicting priorities and tasks with minimal supervision. Copes effectively in demanding circumstances. Excellent attention to detail and quality of work. Unfailing levels of integrity and honesty. Confident in building and maintaining strong working relationships with estate agents and mortgage brokers.
