Position: Trainee Customer Service Operator
Location: Heathrow
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
About the position:
The trainee customer service operator will work towards becoming competent in all of the below areas of responsibilities over a 12- 24 month period. On the job and external training will be provided. The position is responsible for the delivery of customer service excellence in line with contractual requirements, such as arranging both import and export shipments in the most efficient and cost effective manner, whilst achieving the required service levels. Dealing with all shipping documentation as per Company guidelines and the Government Services Business Process Manual.
