Our client is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Trainee Financial Adviser to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and be Diploma qualified. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, as you will be building lasting relationships with clients while helping them achieve their financial goals.

Duties

Assess clients' financial situations by gathering relevant information and understanding their goals. Develop tailored financial plans that align with clients' objectives, risk tolerance, and time horizons. Provide ongoing advice and support regarding investments, retirement planning, tax strategies, and estate planning. Monitor clients' portfolios and make adjustments as necessary based on market conditions and changes in client circumstances. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed recommendations. Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their financial plans and ensure they remain on track to meet their goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional service.

Skills

Knowledge of financial services products, including investments, insurance, and retirement plans. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish trust through professionalism and integrity. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
