We are looking for passionate trainees to support the delivery of our gambling support services while developing skills and competencies to become fully qualified Level 4 Gambling Practitioners. As part of our team you will deliver and develop our offer of gambling support and play a key role in engaging and inspiring a range of diverse communities.
Covering the northern part of the North East region, with a primary focus on Northumberland, Newcastle upon Tyne, or Gateshead. Some additional peripatetic working across the North East and travel to the service's Gambling Hub in Sunderland may be required.
Do you have?
NQF Level 3 in a relevant field (e.g. Health and Social Care, Counselling, Psychology, Youth Work) or equivalent experience - and are committed to completing a level 4 qualification with us.
Experience (paid, voluntary, or lived) in working with people in a supportive or community-based role.
Experience working with vulnerable groups or individuals experiencing complex needs, or a strong motivation to do so.
