, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training across all aspects of the freight and logistics industry. Working closely with team members, you will support the day-to-day operations of the seafreight department, focusing on data input, administrative tasks, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient handling of shipments.
What you'll do:
Learn how to accurately input of data into the internal systems and prepare shipment files
Learn to work closely with the team and supervisor to manage your workload priorities and ensure key issues are raised on a timely basis
Learn how to prepare and issue freight documents
Learn how to process shipments, arrange deliveries, and handle shipments
Learn how to liaise with customers - dealing with general enquiries while ensuring expected service levels are met
