Full time position for office administrator working within a busy manufacturing joinery company based in Edinburgh. Duties to include:
Answering e-mails
Data entry
Organizing paperwork
Ordering from suppliers
Social media administration
E-Bay and on-line sales administration
Xero accounting system entries
Assisting with any other tasks required
Must have good initiative, self motivation and good work ethic. Good time keeping is essential.
Candidate must have expereince in excel spreadsheets, word documents and be computer competant. Positions may be available for experienced office staff with salary to reflect experience.
