Trainee Quantity Surveyor

to join our expanding commercial team.

The Role:

As a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with our experienced commercial and operational teams, gaining real-world experience while developing your skills in cost management, contract administration, and project control.

Key Responsibilities:

Help manage subcontractor procurement and payments Assist in the collection of payments from applications and invoices submitted Carry out site measurements and valuations Monitor project budgets and financial performance Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project efficiency Maintain accurate records and support reporting functions

What We're Looking For:

A keen interest in construction, surfacing, or civil engineering A relevant qualification (or working towards one), such as a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Competency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of estimating or QS software is advantageous A full UK driving license is essential
