Essential Requirements:
Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare / CYP
Willing to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Minimum 12 months in a Children's Residential Home
Knowledge of Children's Home Regulations, Quality Standards & Safeguarding
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to work shifts including sleep-ins
Desirable:
Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Relevant degree (e.g. Social Work, Psychology)
Previous experience managing or supervising teams
Sports/activity qualification

Your experience is solely within HealthCare, NHS, CQC, or Nursery settings
