Trainee Registered Manager
to join our team in Swadlincote. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with full training, mentorship, and a clear pathway to OFSTED registration.
The Role
As a Trainee Registered Manager, you will:
Work alongside an experienced Registered Manager and senior leadership team.
Assist in the day-to-day running of a children's residential home (OFSTED regulated).
Support, lead, and motivate a team to deliver outstanding care.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safeguarding requirements, and internal policies.
Prepare for OFSTED inspections and play an active role in achieving positive outcomes.
Progress into the Registered Manager position once ready and approved.

Requirements
Experience in a children's residential setting (Senior or Deputy level preferred).
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) - essential.
Commitment to completing or already working towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management - essential.
Passion for making a difference in young people's lives.
Strong leadership qualities and communication skills.
Full UK driving licence - essential.
