Clear Path Care Ltd are offering an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to join our growing team as a

Trainee Registered Manager

at Willow House, our Ofsted-registered children's home in Lichfield, Staffordshire.

This is a developmental role designed for

applicants from Children residential background or professionals in related sectors

-- such as education, social work, youth offending, health, or community services -- who possess

transferable leadership, safeguarding, and people-management skills.



Over a 12-18 month period, you will work closely with our experienced management team, receiving 1:1 coaching, leadership training, and professional development support. You will gain the knowledge, confidence, and practical experience required to become a Registered Manager and lead a children's home with compassion, confidence, and compliance.

While the role will primarily follow a

Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

there will be an

expectation to work shifts as required

to ensure operational oversight, support the team, and develop a full understanding of residential practice.

About You



You will be someone who:

You will have extensive experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families. Holds a

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce

(or equivalent) Has a strong understanding of

safeguarding

and

Ofsted regulations

Is

ambitious, reflective, and committed

to personal development Demonstrates strong

leadership potential

and a child-centred approach Holds a

full UK driving licence
