We are now looking for a Trainee Student Lettings Advisor to join our busy Student Lettings Team in Bangor, as our property management and student lettings portfolio continues to grow.

This role offers full training, including support in achieving your Rent Smart Wales agent qualification.

The role is a full-time position Monday - Friday (8:45am - 5:30pm).

What you'll be doing:



Match students to properties - arrange and carry out accompanied viewings, then provide feedback to landlords. Use our CRM system to ensure prompt, accurate communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Maintain property records - update files, chase safety certificates, and ensure compliance. Handle general administration including database management, email/letter creation, and excel updates. Liaise with landlords, tenants, parents, contractors, and internal teams professionally and efficiently. Follow up on outstanding paperwork, payments, and contact details.

What We're Looking For



Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work to tight deadlines with high attention to detail. Great skills in organising and managing workload. Confident and professional telephone manner. Good IT skills in Outlook, Word, and especially Excel (data entry, not creation of sheets). Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous lettings experience desirable (but not essential - full training given). Full UK driving licence preferred (but not essential, as most appointments can be done on foot).

Trainee starting salary will be the UK national living wage for those over 21, regardless of age.
