We are currently seeking a dedicated

Induction & Training Coordinator

to support the onboarding and development of our new care staff.

Your Role Will Include:

Coordinating and delivering engaging induction programmes for new recruits Supporting staff competency assessments and continuous development Maintaining accurate and compliant staff files and training records Ensuring we meet all CQC and regulatory training standards Being the friendly go-to for new team members Working closely with our leadership and care teams to foster a strong, well-trained workforce

What We're Looking For:

A background in care - you understand what person-centred care reallymeans Experience in staff training, HR, or induction processes Knowledge of

PCS

(Person Centred Software) and

CoolCare

is desirable Organised, approachable, and confident communicating with teams at all levels Someone who can work flexibly across

2 days per week
